We are a Google Grants Recipient, so we pay no credit card processing fees! 100% of donations made through Google Checkout will go directly to the Campership fund. "Hail the gem of Catalina!" When we sing that line of the Emerald Bay Hymn, it makes us proud. Proud of our accomplishments for the week, proud of the Scouts we have inspired, and proud of the connections and memories we have made. We have chosen this as the name of this year’s evening of wine tasting because the Emerald Bay Campership program is a shining example of our support of Camp Emerald Bay and for the Scouts who learn, grow, and prosper from their week at "The Gem of Catalina. Our evening of wine tasting is not just a social event. It is also our opportunity to showcase and support the Emerald Bay Campership Program. This program provides an opportunity for worthy Scouts to experience the character-building environment of Camp Emerald Bay. Few charitable opportunities offer such a direct benefit to an individual. The Campership Program sponsors Scouts who struggle financially to attend a week at Emerald Bay with their troops. A gift of just $250 provides a Scout with a life-changing Emerald Bay experience that he would otherwise not be able to afford. An evening of wine tasting with friends, family, and supporters of Camp Emerald Bay Saturday, May 12th, 2012 Please Note!The wine tasting is not going to be a high-pressure fundraising event. We ask that you send in your tax-deductible donation today, and then join us for an enjoyable evening of fellowship and camaraderie on May 12 at the Del Rey Yacht Club. This event is free to all who attend, but we still have a few sponsorship opportunities available!
